65 Degrees North: Creating Stronger Leaders and Stronger Futures

Once again we were delighted to deliver a Leadership Development Day, this particular day was for McAndrew Martin Ltd on 17 June 2026.

Their package was originally secured through our charity auction held at Holland & Holland in May 2025. Whilst it may have taken some time to bring this day to fruition, it proved to be well worth the wait, with a highly successful and engaging event enjoyed by participants from across the organisation.

Bringing together a cross-section group of attendees, the workshop provided an opportunity to explore some of the fundamental elements of effective leadership and organisational success. Through a mixture of facilitated discussion, practical activities and shared experiences, participants examined the importance of organisational values, leadership behaviours and effective communication and decision-making.

The interactive nature of the day encouraged open discussion and reflection, allowing attendees to consider how individual actions and behaviours contribute to team performance, organisational culture and long-term success. The enthusiasm, honesty and willingness to engage demonstrated by everyone present played a significant role in making the day such a positive experience.

As with all leadership development packages secured through our charity fundraising events, the proceeds from the original auction continue to support the work of 65 Degrees North and our mission to help wounded, injured and sick service personnel through recovery, personal development and adventure-based rehabilitation opportunities.

It was a privilege to work with such an engaged group of professionals and we hope the discussions and learning points from the workshop will continue to have a positive impact across the organisation.
