65 Degrees North: Helping to Create the Conditions for Success

65 Degrees North were privileged to support Scott Brownrigg, a much-valued supporter of our Charity, in facilitating a Leadership Development Workshop on Friday 16 January.

Attended by senior leaders from across Scott Brownrigg, this high tempo and fun workshop, designed in consultation with their executive team, provided opportunities to explore key elements of the development and sustainment of an effective senior leadership team.

Discussions and tasks around leadership and team-working, culture and values, psychological safety and emotional intelligence provided the basis for an interactive workshop to help build the key relationships necessary to support growth and to set the conditions for future success.
