Trustee Appointed to 65 Degrees North

We are delighted to welcome Gary Henderson to the Board as a Trustee. Gary is a highly experienced senior executive and non-executive director with a distinguished career spanning national governing bodies of sport, the public sector, the military, charities and commercial organisations.
He brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, governance, operational delivery and change management, alongside a long-standing commitment to the voluntary sector and the development of high-performing organisations.
Currently Director of Programming & Delivery at Made to Measure Mentoring and Founder and Managing Director of Vigeo Consulting, Gary leads the design and delivery of bespoke leadership, management, coaching and mentoring programmes across the British Army, NATO, the NHS, charities and commercial clients.
His previous senior roles at the British Judo Association and the Rugby Football Union, combined with extensive governance and advisory experience and his work as a World Rugby Trainer and Visiting Fellow at the World Academy of Sport, bring invaluable insight into leadership, culture and performance.
